The Glovebox is a prestigious new development coming up in the heart of Kitchener’s Innovation District.

Rendertech Studio partnered with the development arm of KingSett Capital and the design team (Britacan) to create high-end renderings for pre-build out leasing. Using reference images of the space and design specs from the design team, we created renderings that would help potential tenants get a feel of the space and make a confident decision, even before build-out.
